My experience with this company it’s appalling, they didn’t do what they said they would at all my filter was still blocked full of hashes the day after was refitted , and as a result my lights on the dashboard didn’t go out they didn’t take any responsibility and they blame on a air leak wich couldn’t not have blocked the filter in one day on the top they wanted to charge me again for the job that clearly hasn’t been done in the first place , don’t send your filter to them I was aspected them to pay for the labur and free cleaning , now I’ll take them to court!

Very polite service and receipt and collection of the dpf with instructions as per plan.  My garage liaised with them and followed instructions, however it didn't work for more than a few weeks.  I paid my garage some more to do a full diagnostic check following further liaison with dpf clean team which resulted in changing a sensor.  Worked for a few more weeks, contacted DPF, they said the garage probably didn't do the checks correctly.  ********PLEASE CONSIDER WHAT YOU WILL DO IF IT DOESN'T WORK, BECAUSE THE ANSWER IS THAT IT WILL COST YOU MORE MONEY TO PAY YOUR LOCAL GARAGE TO SEND IT BACK AND YOU COULD BE STUCK IN THIS LOOP OF SHELLING OUT CASH AND WASTING YOUR TIME FOREVER. I TOOK A RISK AND IT DIDN'T WORK.  DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!!!!!***********

star GOLD RATING from me, perfect from the moment the telephone was answered, to the moment my all new and cleaned DPF was fitted back to the vehicle - saving me thousands in the process. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience. Dpf was not collected in time. I was promised 50% off entire service which was not fully honoured. And the overall service is very poor. I have had to manage and learn myself how a dpf should be reconnected and calibrated. This company should be sorting out the work for you. My advice is find a genuine dpf clean garage and get them to deal with it entirely.

Used local Hinkley firm Terry Taylor to test and remove the dpf prior to it being taken to DPF Cleanteam. Cleaned and reurned to Terry Taylor for refitting and test. All done in a day and at fraction of the cost the main dealer wanted to charge. Excellent service from both DPF Cleanteam and Terry Taylor, highly recommended.
