Another great experience with the team. Went in today for an interim service, MOT and brake fluid change. The team were friendly, completed the work quickly and provided great general advice. Highly recommend
Avoid! My partner had all of her tyres changed on her car. Unfortunately she went by herself otherwise I would have gone for her. Upon arrival, she was met with who I assume was the 'boss' who was nothing more than arrogant and condescending. I hope he doesn't treat all customers like this or maybe he just likes conducting himself this way towards women! And might I add, a pretty poor example set for his colleagues. Additionally, my partner overheard the bloke on the phone, speaking to other customers in the same way! Disgraceful! Awful customer service which is ironic as I see on most reviews that they pride themselves on excellent customer service...shocking! Will never use again. I have since learned that another family member has officially complained about this bloke in the past before due to a similar experience! I would encourage a response from ATS....or perhaps the bloke himself!
Did a very good job on my sprinter vans wheel alignment. Tires were the problem but only found out after they spent a lot time trying to get it right. Even test driving the vehicle themselves. Very happy and will be back.
Really poor and unfriendly service. Unfortunately I am bound to use ATS due to car lease company, but I highly recommend using the ATS in Nuneaton instead. Really friendly and helpful, very different from Hinckley experiences I’ve had
Booked a pair of tyres online, good price using their online deal so not necessarily a problem with this branch, however they couldn't honour the online sale, the first time this happened just a few weeks ago an alternative at the same price was offered, fine... The second time no alternative was offered at the same price and the extra was about 70 quid, the product I ordered is on 4 week back order.... seems the corporate website can't keep up. The refund will take 3-5 working days apparently, wish we could take 3 to 5 days to pay..... meanwhile I need to make other arrangements, not good enough, stick with national tyres, never let me down
Dave and the guys really helped me out yesterday! Desperately needed some parts replacing, managed to replace and fit them but also managed to acquire some other parts I needed same day and fitted them ! Brilliant service !
Well, ATS Euromaster Hinckley has come up trumps again. Excellent service from Dave on reception and Mike the young man who found and repaired the fault in my car. I couldn't have asked for better. I am a lady in her 80s and I was treated with kindness and respect and I appreciate all that you did for me. Thank you so very much. Made a traumatic day far easier.
After 2 different punctures in the same week, both were dealt with swiftly and professionally. First one needed a new tyre, second one could be repaired. Thanks to great service my inconvenience was kept to a minimum.
Popped in for some advice on my cars air conditioning jus now. The gent answered all my questions with out any problem and was so helpful thank you it made my day
Absolutely amazing! Could not fault Darren and Jake. Thank you for checking over the car for me and putting me at ease. I was worried there was something really wrong with my car. You always kept me informed of what you were doing and showed me what had happened. You are legends!
