Absolutely awesome. I usually buy tyres on line then take loose wheels and have them fitted somewhere. Tyre medics were cheaper than the online price and that was fitted at my house!! Ridiculous. Shannon was brilliant, very friendly and efficient with some great advice too. I won't go anywhere else in the future.
I've tried both the mobile tyre fitting service- during the lockdowns, and the ride in ride out at their place in Hinckley, both services are exceptional, I'm not saying these guys are the cheapest but they ARE the BEST!! Friendly, efficient and much more than that THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY ARE GONNA DO AND DO IT- PROPERLY, honestly you can't ask for more, absolutely bang on!
This is my 2nd time coming to this place to have my tyre replaced. Very well organised workshop. Need to book in advance to get the tyre replaced. But the 1st time I came here I got a flat tyre and it was replaced immediately. There’s also a nice waiting area with good coffee machine.
Outstanding service! Called the out of hours service at 18:10 on a Friday evening and by 19:15 I had a brand new tyre fitted and the onboard computer reset. Lovely friendly lady took my details on the phone and and a friendly and efficient chap did the work. And a very fair price too. Cannot recommend Tyre Medics highly enough - exceptional service. Thank you!
10/10 The customer service and knowledge of the team is second to non. I had been told by large multi national firms the issue is with my balancing, wheel alignment, bushes etc etc which they never fixed and took weeks back and forth to diagnose. Took my car to Tyre Medics in and out within the hour and the problem was rectified at a low cost. Thank you Kesh
Cannot praise this outfit more, they were the fifth tyre services company that I contacted on Saturday 3rd December 2022 at around 13:30. All of the others said that they could not help until Monday, even though one particular one had all of their 4 bays empty, and were not due to close until 16:00. Kat the BOSS was extremely helpful, and squeezed my repair in between a constant stream of customers. I will definitely call Tyre Medics first next time, and recommend them to everyone. Thank you once again for a great service.
Third time using Tyre Medics this month, firstly to replace a flat tyre. Whilst on the premises, they alerted me to my next to no brake pads and also that the discs were on their way out, which I'd been expecting, just not yet. Had discs and pads fitted at home by Shannon the following day as couldn't get in at either of my 2 other usual places. Fab service, called to confirm arrival time and got the job done. Needed them again after my battery light came on a few days later. Again, Shannon came to my home and diagnosed the issue. Sadly, fan belt replacement not something they can do, however, good to know Shannon is a phone call away and can diagnose issues at home. Won't hesitate to use again and highly recommend them, without hesitation.

Absolutely brilliant service always friendly and always helpful used them today for a battery for my car and have used them in the past for various reasons and its always been a pleasure to come in they are so efficient and I always feel confident with the service received so all stars from me keep up the good work crew happy customer here
Been going to Tyre Medics for approx 4 years, very knowledgeable staff and always give top service. Used the mobile service as I couldn't get to the depot service again was first class. Would highly recommend
