We received an excellent service with professional, knowledgable and friendly staff. We were really pleased with the value and condition of our vehicle. Harry explained everything as we went along and nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend dealing with this garage.

We have just purchased a car from the Research Garage Hinckley, the whole process went smoothly from start to finish,thanks to Jim. He sorted everything out for us, the car was immaculate when we collected it and had been serviced, cleaned and valeted to a high standard. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Bought my first car from here, Fantastic service absolutely no pressure. All of the team are friendly and helpful. *Update* Just been in for my 4 week check and was dealt with mainly by the service department. Still fantastic service. I had to bring in my 2 year old as it was my day of work and my partner was working. But the staff were friendly and interacted with him which made him happier and more patient. We were both offered a drink. All the staff are lovely and as somebody who manages a retail establishment I believe they give a fantastic retail experience.
Me and my partner bought our first car from this garage and was seen through the full process by Kyran. Very, very happy with the professional service we received from start to finish. Very polite, very knowledgeable and couldn't of been anymore helpful. Would highly recommend his service.
Just bought a used 2008 from this garage and I was very impressed with the service received. The car developed a minor problem and they sorted it out straight away. Many thanks to Andy Wiggins who made sure everything was ok, couldn't be more pleased.
Koran Davies was the sales person for me and I couldn't fault his customer service skills. He was very kind, honest and offered the best price for my soon to be car. I would definitely recommend research garage Hinckley if you want to buy a car on finance or out right.
We needed a replacement car and saw an interesting one at Research but, never content to act on impulse, shopped around and experienced service ranging from good to appalling. Eventually we returned to Research where we found the experience to be enjoyable and spent our money there. The customer service is excellent and they went beyond what I would have expected to sell us an excellent car. Superb.
Despite the fact that I arrived late in the afternoon, the sales representative was friendly and immediately helped me to find the car I was looking for. The business was very helpful to cooperate with the AA to test the car. They fixed everything on the car that was not in top condition. Overall I had a fantastic buying experience that has made me enjoy the car even more.
