Took my van for MOT knowing it would fail on tyres, so we booked in at Britannia so that it could all be done at the same place. Failed miserably on other things, and with less than a week to go before driving to Scotland in the van, we were panicking. Got it booked in and sorted within two days, absolutely chuffed at how quickly it was done, and at a reasonable price as well. Chap on the front desk is great, really helpful, as was every other staff member that I spoke to, as it seems every man and his dog had a bit to do on my van! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again, I'm very grateful for what they did for us.
5 star service. The staff are all so lovely and helpful. Fast and effective. Dropped my car off in on a Thursday afternoon and it was ready to collect at 9am the following morning! And at a very competitive price. I will definitely be returning!
Hubby took my car in today as it's been losing tyre pressure regularly in my front passenger side wheel. They took the car through straightaway as it wasn't too busy and changed the valve for him. When he went to pay, they told him there was no charge and to have a good day! Britannia Tyres, you guys rock! I rang at 8.02 on a Monday morning with a nail in my tyre was told to bring my car down and it was all repaired and I was back home by 10 very professional service would highly recommend
Popped in for a flat tyre on my old 911. Ended up being a faulty valve & not the tyre, fixed without charge! Best & most sincere tyre shop your likely to find!
Went into the garage with a knocking noise. I was greated with friendly helpful staff. They tested my car for the noise. They didn't try to upsell anything or belittle me as I female driver. They contacted me when car was complete, with a lovely man on the phone explaining everything.I highly recommend this garage.
Amazing i highly reccomend the service was amazing and the staff so friendly and welcoming. I called at 8 am due to a knocking was told to bring it down there and then a couple if hours later i got a call to let me know it was fixed absolutly amazing i was so worried i wouldn't have my car for work. New to the area and will definatley be booking my car in for all future MOT's and Services here. Thank you.
Dropped in to ETB Hinckley, this morning due to the tyre having an object...all sorted within one hour, their service was second to none. To the guy on the reception yoof lol. Excellent service, also booked for the MOT that's due.
Although we had to wait a while this company saved me almost £1000 on dealerships quote, so worth the wait. Thank you Callum and Staff. Friendly, attentive staff.
Brought my daughter's Peugeot 108 to Britannia with a nail in the tyre. Thought we'd have to buy a new tyre but they repaired the puncture for her. Friendly and helpful guys. Really happy with the service from them. Thank you
