Most Staff were friendly. Except the last day of our stay, the Cleaning Lady (very rude) would not Clean our Room!!! She had No English, but we gathered that she felt we should be moving out?? Had to ring Reception, Manager came immediately and sorted out the problem Only 1 Socket in Room to charge devices?? Food poor in Restaurant and hugely overpriced, a Burger with Cheese + Bacon and chips £20!!!!! I ordered the ale Pie 15 min later the Waiter Greg, came and said it was now off menu!!!! I had lost my appetite at that stage!!! Greg was helpful and embarrassed, they did not then charge for the other Soup & Pizza. The Loos in the Bar, 2 of the Cubicles had No paper all night!!! Parking overnight was Hugely expensive !!! Staff in general were helpful, Shuttle to Airport was Great. Room was good and comfortable. Would not stay again though. Do Not eat in the Restaurant - V Poor Food - Overpriced!!!!

Friendly service from reception and restaurant staff. Room was very basic and looked dated. Only one bar of soap and a single hand towel in the bathroom - not really sufficient. The hotel room was not modern compared to other hotels within the airport. The hotel shuttle bus is convenient and ran on demand rather than on a fixed schedule. I thought this was a great touch. However, I think I will stay at another property on my next layover at MAN.

Excellent hotel. The staff are really friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. My only criticisms, the parking is a tad expensive, there was a coffee machine in the foyer at 5am which disappeared by the time I was leaving at 7am and the coffee and tea supplies in the room are minimal. Otherwise though, a great hotel.

OK, so it's an airport hotel. However, it's clean and comfortable, walking distance to the terminals and serves up a brilliant breakfast. What sets it apart, are the staff. Very friendly and professional on the front desk, but the gems are working in the restaurant during breakfast: Glynnis makes the most wonderful omelettes, engages you in great conversation and has a brilliant outlook on life. Paco, who will serve you at your table in the morning: is dedicated and friendly, always with a smile and good conversation too. Between them they must have sixty years of experience in the hotel trade. It shows. It's not about the hotel, or necessarily about the food...its about the people. This hotel has great people who make a difference. I always seem to have a great day after I walk out from this restaurant, because of the experience I've had. Enjoy!

Very convenient because it's a few minutes drive from the airport. There's a free shuttle bus to the airport no matter what time of the day is your arrival or departure. Rooms are clean although the carpet appeared dated. Seamless check in and check out.
