Ridiculous, ring first thing, when you are ill system to make an appointment. I registered for online appointments but did not receive the e mail. Whenever I see a doctor about my bad back I am just fobbed off to the physio. I want a scan done! I want to find out what is wrong not just be sent on my way with some exercises all over again. Called to make an appointment with the physio, 1st appointment is in 3 weeks. I’ll be better by then!

Always treated well and respectfully by all members of staff. Usually quite easy to get an appointment using the online system. Reception staff are very understanding.

Please see Itv news online for information about Hilltop Surgery. They prescribed me drugs incorrectly, twice, then lied about why. They messed up referrals and lied again, they are rude but if you complian they will send you a letter threatening you with removal. Horrid little practice. Just go elsewhere. Search Dr Hanna on the ITV news site for how their refusal to apologise after misdiagnosing a ladies cancer and refusing to apologise made national news. How these people are allowed to continue to practice beggars belief.
