😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡Absolute JOKE of a surgery. Unless you can guarantee that you will be ill on a specific date and time you have NO HOPE of getting an appointment. Yet they are still accepting new patients. I think the surgery needs to take a look at sorting out the patients they already have.

Absolute rubbish service. We are a family with a young baby just moved to the area, i called requesting application forms to be sent to my home as i am currently unable to leave my home. Was promised forms would be sent but a week later we received nothing. I rung in to enquire and got spoken to like a child on the phone, told they dont send application forms, to source them through a different method and that the surgery was only small (whats that got to do with anything!?) Why was i not told this a week ago? Told it was my fault for not asking??? If you dont post application forms then you should have said this to me in the first place and directed me accordingly! Not hurriedly promised me youd SEND THEM just to get me off the phone. Rude, unprofessional and not a single apology from them! Absolute time wasters! If thats how you treat your potential patients, like youre tolerating them and are incapable of communicating effectively, then i dread to think what youd be like looking after mine and my families health. What a disappointing first impression! AVOID!

Doctor always has time for me. The receptionist Claire knows who I am dispute only visiting a handful of times in the last 12-18 months.

Rude receptionist, don't give any appointments. The doctors don't give you any prescriptions they say come back in a few days see how you feel . 😠
