Physiotherapist FCP - Manoj he is very informative and professional he was able to identify what was wrong with my back before the results came back from my MRI scan. And he provided me with special treatments and exercises to follow and it helped me massively. And I will continue to do them until my back is back to 100% but he has been a big help! Thankyou
When Dr Mashi was here, you could phone up Any time of day, none of this only 8.00am or 2.00pm nonsense and make an appointment for any day of the week, sometimes get one the same day ! Now at 2 mins past the you are told all the appointments have gone ! I have been trying to get one for 3 WEEKS ! IT IS NOW RUBBISH !
I can honestly say, we’ve never had an issue here. Lovely doctors, very good with my child on the occasion he’s been in to see them. It is a battle getting an appointment at 8am, but my previous GP surgery was also like this. If I can’t get in at 8am, I always get in at 2pm.
I have been trying getting an appointment for weeks, but every day is the same thing. If you call at 7.59 the surgery is closed as soon as it turns 8.00 they are already full capacity and cannot connect the call. I have spoken multiple times with receptionist explaining my situation but no help or consideration. I find ridiculous that we cannot book ahead anymore. If i could give 0 stars i would. I do understand go surgery are busier since covid but i cannot believe i could not have an appointment calling everyday in 3 weeks.

The worst GPs surgery I’ve had the displeasure of being at. Never any appointments, staff are unhelpful and slow. Took me 8 weeks to get my 3 year old to see a nurse to get her injections done. Couldn’t even get in for an emergency appointment. I’ve never physically seen a doctor but they’re happy enough to prescribe antibiotics to my 3 year old via telephone without examining her. AVOID!!
Well quite funny, so im need of a GP and i went there to try and register, there was no one in the waiting room/lobby and i ask the receptionist if there are any openings for new patients at the clinic, and i am told to come back in 2 weeks time to check again, im assuming they have a local customer who is close to dying and they are waiting on him/her/they/them to die before they can take anymore patients. i would not recommend them unless you are looking to join their soon to be deceased patient. Thank you.
A lady in reception her name is pamela smith Is very rude and speaking with patients so bad,I'm not happy.
I believe with my whole heart that this GP press a button on the phone at both 8am and 2pm that doesn't allow any calls to get through. Every single time I try to call their 'queues are at capacity and the call ends' yet you never actually manage to enter said 'queue'. Awful service on the reception desk. Cold and unfriendly too.
The best GP!! Reception and doctors are lovely and they help you a LOT!
