Omg these doctors are bad I've just signed upto them an I booked a appointment at 12.30 an never got seen to 2.30pm they are ridiculous! They also didn't send my medication to the chemist so been up an down all day I recommend no one goes with them ! There's only 1 doctor available!!!

The doctors are absolutely rude along with the receptionist staff.  The doctors do not even check you properly i told them i had sharp pains in my chest i was told to take paracetamol and book another appointment because they have to see the next patient without even trying to diagnose my problem i waited 1 hour for the doctor to tell me to come back later. Dr Kaur is the only decent doctor there. I do not recommend you to go to this doctors surgery.

I wanted to book appointment with a doctor. Unfortunately, reception informed me that I must call to about 9.00. I took out the phone and I called 
She informed me that they are fully booked. I asked for a booked a tomorrow. Receptionist told to me: please call tomorrow. This clinic is a big joke.

I went to discuss my results with Dr. S Kaur and she said Indians waste docters time. its only 10 minutes she can give me. She did not explain anything on the report while I could clearly see the results says need to speak to doctor and Result Indicator was Borderline on the report. She said NHS is free thats why we waste her time. When I asked for copy of my records she asked me to pay £25. She became rude to me because I refused to pay to see my own records. She didnot offer any medication for my medical condition and said its normal while its not. BTW We pay taxes to get NHS service. Its not free.
