Ripoff. Cheap, until the light damage charge after assuring us multiple times we were signing off on an undamaged car

Beware of the hidden costs. The initial price seems great. Then you realise you'll be paying at least the same again if you want to have proper insurance. If you opt not to have that then if you have an accident even if not your fault and the other person agrees to pay for the damage, Hertz still charge you £1500 even for the smallest amount of damage.

Very good. Fast and serious. We change the car after 6 days for a little noisy problem, they changed it right for a better car. Very sympathic. Perfect.

Hertz is a total Disappointment for having such abrupt Rude, Aggressive, Heartless and a Racist Idiot as a Manager! The Manager is a total DISGRACE to Humanity! Well thank God for Avis.
