Speedy security clearance. Good business lounge but sometimes a bit noisy. Sockets not available at all seating points.
Choice of eateries very poor.

The prices are outrages it cost me £3 to drop my kids at 5 in the morning in pouring rain near the terminal. Disgusting.

Terrible experience from Enterprise at Leeds airport. The staff were very rude! I booked a car reservation where they refused to give me another car due to a nail in the tyre on the previous rental car and without any authorisation they took £550 from my account for a tyre!! Robbing company, very unhappy wouldnt recommend this branch. They also made me walk back from the rental hub in the freezing cold, Complaint to the head office who are taking this up, and all the leeds branch had to say was "i refused to pay for the damage," when they have taken £550 from my account. So in account i have paid more than what the tyre is worth, but stil wasn't given a car. Shocking service from a company who are supposed to be one of the biggest in UK. Avoid this branch!!

At first they got the wrong car.  I wanted a Auto instead it was a manual shift.  They were helpful to give me another one that was Automatic.
