I found Easirent really easy and friendly to deal with. I'd originally booked in for a Fiesta, but after realising it wouldn't be big enough they were happy to upgrade me to a much larger car, that was in a really nice (almost new) condition. They even offered me a discount. Plan ahead and make sure you take the right paperwork because I got the impression that not many people do! Overall, a very happy customer.

Great and fast service - very satisfied! We were even picked up at the airport for free and the manger checked the car with us for any damages on the car beforehand. The car was a very new and tidy Citroen. We did not have any problems related to payment by credit card or insurence and the deposit was transferred back to our card within only a couple of days. Can only recommend the company.

AVOID!!!!!! At no point during the booking phase (through Expedia) were we informed we needed two utility bills when collecting a car. When we arrived the customer before us had exactly the issue and the employee behind the counter was less than useless. He refused to let us use the computer in the office to prove address and then said we should use the WiFi in the airport! We walked to the airport and decided to get a car from Avis instead. No issues from Avis and we were away in a car in less than 20 mins. We also felt uncomfortable in leaving the required £1500 deposit with this company who can only be described as unprofessional and cowboyish. Would give this company less than one star if I could.

The worst Experience I have had from a rental company. I hired a Peugoet Boxer LWB van for a home move, was provided with a quote so booked the van for the day. Only when trying to collect the vehicle we were provided with a tail lift and all new fees added (what happened to the vehicle I originally booked??) The van leaked water which led to belonging being damaged and when I complained to the branch manager he basically accused me of lying. Extremely poor customer service. The company clearly doesn't care about contractual agreements. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. They don't take ownership of their mistakes, adhere to contracts and they overcharge by double (after booking)

Booked a car through autoeurope, who I have used many times before. Turned up to be told autoeurope's T&Cs are not up to date with easirents. Clearly a known problem as the man on the desk immediately knew what to say. Wanted a bank statement (does anyone get paper statements in 2018) and utility bill (same, digital only) and offered no help. I walked out. Autoeurope were very helpful and had offered me a full refund within 2 minutes of calling them. Easirent are obviously fully aware of the problem and had made no effort to contact me in advance. Will never use them again, thankfully the car is only for whilst my car is in the garage and not going to ruin my holiday. Got one from Hertz this morning with no fuss. Avoid like the plague.
