Hennessy's is a great independent family butcher. There is nothing fancy about the shop, simply sells good quality meat, not overpriced. They sell the fabulous Sutton chickens.
Not what it used to be. Bad value and the owner doesn't seem to care anymore.
I sometimes buy chicken for my chicken soup which is always fresh and tastes delicious. Most often I buy eggs they sell there. They're a real treat if compared to what you get at supermarkets.
Really lovely friendly welcoming staff. I have not bought meat from here yet but i always buy my eggs from here. I also return and recycle my empty egg cartons.
Went here once, never again, got pork ribs from here cooked in a stew got a completely foul taste and smell when trying to eat. Horrible completely off, bought same day. Better quality in any supermarket
