excellent butcher. good variety of cuts including some less common ones. pricey but high quality produce

The pork loin I bought was incredible. It has been pre-scored and clearly left open in their fridge for a good amount of time as the skin was bone dry. It meant it could basically go straight in the oven and I had crackling puffing up nicely after 15 mins already.

Really obnoxious staff and extremely condescending when asking about the products as a first time shopper, a male dominated shop with a bit too much ego for my taste. Cheese massively over priced, a real of epoisses sold in waitrose for £4 was priced at £10???
