Great Sunday lunch during lockdown and a lovely start to the new year. Ordered online and picked up at prearranged time. Superbly cooked pork and beef along with vegetables Yorkshire’s and roasties. Puddings delicious also

We had a delightful meal at the Heart of Northumberland. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious, with good portions for the kids meals and a lovely range on the main menu. I can heartily recommend the cauliflower Tempura. It was amazing!
Lovely pub, but if you definitely want to get seated, I would recommend to book. Lovely food and drinks. We was waiting 45 minutes for the lamb, bit it was really tasty!
All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, excellent service. The food was just as superb. Would definitely recommend! Also felt very safe, they have definitely considered their customers in every aspect of the experience.

Nice pub. Only stayed for a pint but the food menu looked good too. Covid arrangements in place and working well
Called in on Christmas Eve for a quick bite. Despite many booked tables a good sign! there were enough tables for the two of us to enjoy a great brunch. Lovely staff. No delay in service. Fabulous food. We'll be back.
Stopped here for a meal after spending the day visiting the attractions along Hadrian's Wall. It has a great range on the menu with different themed specials each night. The chips are particularly nice and the burger was great, although I struggled to finish it as it was so filling. Definitely recommend this place.
