We aim to help support everyone to live a happier and healthier lifestyle with lots of fun, laughs and giggle's while we train hard and support each other.
There is something for everyone at Healthy U Ladies Gym. We offer Hairdressing, Massaging, Personal Training, Children's Fitness, Teen Girl sessions and even somewhere to sit for a complementary cuppa, all within our friendly and personal centre made for you to feel comfortable in.
