First time i call them to book an appointment because i had pilonidia sinus wich was very painfull and very inflamated and they told me is not an emergency and they would like to book me after 3 days. I declined and i go straight to a&e in watford and they done the surgery straight away. So i don't know what is an emergency for this GP. I'm very disapointed about them.

Has been my surgery since I was 3. I have never had a problem getting an quick appointment with a GP(not concerned about it being MY named GP). Staff are professional and courteous and the inevitable delays when your there are not too bad. I wouldn't change to any other.

Everest House has been my doctor surgery since birth and is now the surgery for my wife and children. I have never had any problems with them at all.

Says they open at 8.00am that's not true because when you ring it says its closed you seem to get through way past 8.00am

Surgery supposed to open at 8am and I am always left on hold until they open the lines which could be as late as half past 8! This is rediculous as people are queuing to get through and running up bills having to wait so long!
