Reception staff are generally friendly but very disorganised. The practise manager however is a very horrible person to deal with who is far more concerned with blindly defending her staff than listening to and helping people. I saw Doctor Anwar today, he was downright horrible to me and actually referred to me as a junkie and then offered no useful help at all. I am a very vulnerable mental health patient who has recently made a suicide attempt and Doctor Anwar has left me feel significantly worse and afraid for my safety.

It’s the worst doctors in Hemel waited over an hour for a appointment and still wasn’t seen I went to reception and they didn’t even come to the counter to speak to me , shocking if your really ill go to the hospital you’ll be seen quicker.

I arrived at this Surgery in early 2015 with no prior knowledge of the Area . Without my Medical History , there has been a 4 month delay in them being transfered nothing to do with this Surgery , I have received first class treatment way and above that which I expected. Every aspect of the Surgery is well run and I hope that I will be able to give back something by my involvement in helping this wonderful group of people my support. In my opinion take no notice of any poor reviews you may read. Excellent Surgery
