I took out a policy for my daughter with Ben last year and he was excellent from the start. Not pushy at all and gave me time to go over the quotes provided. Very responsive and friendly. Their customer services team are also really helpful and answer the phone promptly. I work in the insurance industry in a different area and always strive to give customers the best service and it’s really nice when it’s given in return. Connie was also helpful and kind when updating my address. So far a really good IFA and I’m happy with my daughters policy!
My previous health insurance was up for renewal. Out of interest I made contact with Naomi Lavell, at HIS , to see what was available, as it was 9 years since I last changed health Insurer . In no time at all, by my preferred method of communication, Naomi presented a number of options for me. No pushing. No sales patter. Just straight forward, factual, information . In so doing , Naomi has halved my previous monthly premiums, with a far more comprehensive policy, from a brand name. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.
Harassment! I made the mistake of entering my details into their online interface while searching for BUPA. This was an easy error to make because Google brings up their website when searching for the real BUPA site. Since then I have been bombarded with repeated phonecalls and also by email. I have had to systematically block several phone numbers that they have been using. Avoid!
Very clean and tidy office, with friendly staff.
