I visited for a cleansing facial. The clinic was lovely and clean, well presented and lit. The front of house staff were very welcoming, and made me feel immediately at ease. The treatment was amazing and I was talked through the steps of it as we went, so I knew exactly what was being treated. I was given great advice on future skincare I could do from home, and bought some lovely products from their great collection of stocked skincare. Overall a fantastic experience, and a lovely clinic that I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
I had a rather large blemish removed from my forehead by Dr. Fatima using Laser Treatment. The result is quite amazing and I could not be more thrilled. In fact it has disappeared and will never return she told me. She was extremely professional and told me exactly what to expect during the treatment and the after care which I really appreciated. Would definitely go back and see her again.
Dr Nina is fantastic. She dissolved my jaw filler after being botched and having way too much. Completely explained the risks and made she to reduce these as much as possible by using minimal quantities of Hyaluronidase. Lovely lady too. Completely made me feel at ease, played my favourite music whilst having it done to make me as comfortable as possible.
Dr Fatima was very professional and set me at ease straight away. I would recommend her without hesitation I had some large moles removed painlessly which are all healing well. Some smaller moles and spots on my face were almost invisible after a week.
A great experience.From my initial enquiry, I was so impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the reception staff I decided to book a consultation.I was slightly apprehensive but Zita is not only an excellent practitioner she has a lovely manner that instills utter confidence.I would also like to mention Shelley and her colleague on reception for their sense of humour and welcoming manner. Fast forward a month and I'm really pleased with the results of my procedure. Thanks to all at rtw.
Fantastic service, went here for lip filler and baby Botox and the results were natural with no problems when it came to healing. I felt amazing and got so many compliments, will be going back again.
Amazing service! Have been contemplating having a mole at the base of my neck removed for years. Found RTWSkin by chance and highly recommend them. The consultation was very reassuring and covered all my options, the staff are very friendly and the laser removal procedure was painless and completed in about 30 minutes. I'm so pleased with the results and only wish I'd done this sooner, I would highly recommend anyone looking for mole removal to have the consultation and find out your options.
I had treatment for my pretty bad Xanthaplasma and was always really self conscious about it. Dr Fatima was really kind and helpful and explained everything thoroughly and because of that I knew exactly what to expect. I am unbelievably impressed and over the moon with the results and the healing process was so easy and quick. Going to rtwskin was one of the best decisions I have made and I am so happy with the results I feel like a normal person again that doesn't need to worry about people staring at my face all the time.
I have received two different treatments at rtwskin, one of them for laser acne removal, which was very successful. I found the clinic to be professional and friendly, with easy access and reasonable prices. Walking in you immediately feel the calm ambience, and my interaction with all the staff was of a very high standard. I felt reassured by their knowledge, experience and honesty. They are realistic about their treatments and don't make empty promises. I'm very confident and comfortable under their care, so I won't be going anywhere else in the future.
Customer service is clearly not a priority. My initial consultation refused due to covid restrictions which is totally understandable at the moment. I showed my covid vaccination pass via NHS App and explained i was 3 weeks post covid symptoms. However, I was made to wait outside the front door only to be rudely turned away as they were obviously busy enough not to require my cliental. I suggest they have a more detailed 'initial screening' process over the phone and improve front of house communication with new prospective clients ready to invest heavily in rtwskin products & services.
