Firstly I cancelled due to conjunctivitis. They sent me another appointment for only a week later. If they know anything about health they should know that conjunctivitis can last 8 weeks plus. Now the pigs are threatening to stop my benefits. When I went to a Tribunal for PIP the Assessors cancelled on me 4 times! Surely illness should work both ways. Have a little heart please. I can't even see straight at present! :(

I can't say that going there was a pleasant experience because it wasn't. I suffer from severe depression, anxiety and panic attacks. As soon as I got there, I was unbelievably stressed out. What I can say is that I was treated with respect. The receptionist could see the state I was in and found me somewhere quiet to sit and wait without being asked. The doctor who assessed me actually listened to what I had say.
