We attended the hotel for my mums 90th birthday with her brothers and sisters. There were 14 of us in total. The layout of the table was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they couldn't do enough for us, they were brilliant. We all had a three course meal and it was excellent. It was very well cooked and presented. The whole experience was fantastic and that was echoed by all who attended. A fantastic afternoon with a good atmosphere and would attend there again.

Had a nice birthday meal here with a large group. The food was nice and the service was good. Seems popular for weddings too.

Lovely Sunday lunch. Always a couple of traditional roasts and puds plus a few interesting alternatives. Enthusiastic, friendly service and very tasty dishes presented well. Good wine knowledge so if you're not sure, just ask.

Excellent hotel and restaurant, Food is of a very good standard. Perfect for lunch or evening meal, the Sunday dinners are brilliant too. The building is set back from the main road and is surrounded by it's own grounds. Nice and tranquil.
