First time ordering from here and the delivery was super quick, think we had the order for five people! within 25 minutes and it was piping hot. Honestly all the food was super tasty and full of flavour BUT, the crispy beef wasn’t very crispy which is a shame as it tasted amazing. The curry sauce was also a little bit runny but I am being picky. We will definitely be ordering from here again, very close to a 5/5 so a solid Chinese choice.
Love this place, the food is always full of flavour, good service and friendly staff, only negative was we were seated upstairs next to a service station and they kept spraying disinfectant which kept wafting towards my partner which wasn't a pleasant experience for her , it did put her off her food sadly, next time we won't be sitting at that table.
What a great place....... As a family we have been going to Wok Ever Place since it opened. Excellent service. With attentive staff who seem to have found the perfect balance between being on hand to meet your needs and not being over bearing. The staff are amazing so kind and supportive we hold all of our family celebrations here as the can successfully cater for a small tables up to large groups. 19 of us had a great time last night for my daughters birthday. With their really good food all arriving all in good time together I am forever impressed in how this team perform. Myself and my partner had the vegetarian options and they were great. I can't wait to get back and try more of the menu as there is still loads of options still left to try. My cousins enjoyed the seafood options and gave rave reviews. I can't recommend this place highly enough.
First experience at Wok Ever. What a lovely restaurant to visit. Food was brought promptly and hot which is always a bonus because nothing worse than lukewarm food. Staff were lovely,friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this restaurant it's a must visit!
Extremely friendly staff, very helpful and polite. The service is quick without being rushed, the menu is extensive, and the food is excellent. The prices are more than your usual takeaway, but this is an excellent Chinese restaurant, the best in the surrounding area. Recommended by everyone I know who has been there Parking: Very small car park, but there is a large free car park 2 minutes walk up the road in the town centre
Best place to eat for Chinese cuisine. Absolutely beautiful food, enjoyed every bit of it. Reasonably priced too. Staff we very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.
Bit of a disappointment to be honest. Very average at best. Poor decor, cannot decide whether it is trendy or Chinese, food was passable. Service was very poor, the waitress did everything but scrape the plates infront of us, stacking them high in an effort to clear the table in one go. She then tried to overcharge us £9.95 without an apology. Much better places to spend your money on Chinese food. Disappointed!
We were absolutely appalled at this restaurant. My husband and I went last night for a supposedly nice meal only to be disappointed by the food. No sooner had we ordered our starter and it was there. I got chicken satay which was hard and chewy like it was a warm up. My husband got crispy duck which was cold and the pancakes haven’t even been warmed up. We paid for our drinks and left. I will not be going back there again.
Food was superb and the service impeccable. Great night out with friends. We had the banquet and it was well worth the price per person ... Food coming out of our ears!!Food: 5/5
The food was delicious, but I felt rushed by how fast our food arrived and was removed and in no time we were finished. Our table was cleaned and the bill arrived without asking if we would like desert or coffee. Not to mention the waiter walking constantly past the tables. Vegetarian options: Very nice green curry.
