Visited in January. Wide selection/variation of furniture. Found what I was interested in and salesman very helpful without being pushy. Also fully knowledgeable on product and helpful to my requirements. Explained the discounts/offers available and offered an additional discount. Advised that upon ordering and placing a deposit it would take in the region of three months before being available as each order was made to order. This suited me perfectly as I was having my lounge decorated. Also explained credit options should I want it. As I wanted to check other Furniture shops I didn't place an order. Having now done so I will be returning to Harvey's to place my order next month.
Very helpful staff and a good selection depending on what you're after of course. Visited the store looking for a recliner chair didn't want to buy it online without trying. They had a number of models some more comfortable than others decided which one was ideal for me and I'm not worried about having to return something because I didn't try it before buying. Recommended!
Staff here are very friendly and it will be a real shame when this store closes for good. Promotions are always available, so worth enquiring when you enter. Delivery was arranged easily, and there is a Bensons upstairs if you need bedroom furniture.
Worst service in the world... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.. after two hours of sales tag we finally decided on a sofa then they said it will take 3 months for delivery, it's coming from Dubai... Three months later after being given a delivery date and time via phone call, text and email they never turned up.. Customer service takes 30 minutes to answer your call they do not know where my sofa is our even if it's in the country and it will take 2 days for customer service to ring the warehouse and get back to me is also takes 2 days for phone call from the manager as he/she is in a meeting... They took my money, fenced I pay the balance before delivery and they can't even be arsed to deliver on time and don't know if my sofa is even in the country... I took the day of work to wait on for delivery because I was told they don't do weekend delivery... Go to furniture village instead... Do not buy from HARVEYS as you will get EXTREMELY bad service..
Had a fault with sofa Harvey's changed the whole lot without any problems, absolutey brilliant service. Used this store for years and certainly will continue to do so.
It's ok. Staff were helpful but furniture not really our taste
Nice furniture range with Bensons for Beds on the upper level. Plenty of free parking.
Good range of stuff. Make sure you head to the back of the shop to see the full range
Clean and tidy store. Lots of variety. Helpful staff.
