This is a small showroom, not a lot in show. There was couple of staff on duty and no one approached us. We just looked and left.
Awesome kitchens that are fabulously designed and built as well as competitively priced. The staff at Chingford were welcoming and knowledgeable. They helped me plan a well thought out kitchen, adding value and professional design tips and advice. Overall a great experience.
Terrible customer service! I went into the Chingford Magnet branch yesterday and was totally ignored. I wasn’t greeted or asked if I needed any assistance bearing in mind I was the only person in the store and both Assistants were available. This happened to my mum a few weeks before. They have a reputation for not serving or treating ethnic minorities equally as they think you don’t have any money. I wanted to see for myself and it definitely appears to be the case. I will not be spending my money there. Treat all customers fairly regardless of their race!!!
Couldn't speak highly enough of how grateful we are with Magnet. Our experience was truly amazing which will surely keep us from doing business with them! And their people aren't just good, they are EXCELLENT! Not just in terms of technical know-how but customer service too. They've been very patient in answering our questions and were generous as well in giving recommendations only a few companies will do this for free. Special thanks to Hilal ,John and Paul for giving us a one-of-a-kind customer experience. will be back soon.
I chose Chingford Magnets in 2020 after visiting various trade stores + german designer kitchens. Daniel was very good in challenging my design ideas and helping me through to final install, where he and branch manager Paul helped me with a number of problems created by my pain in the a55 builders. Their customer service was invaluable, especially given Covid lockdowns etc, and the final kitchen came out better than expected, at a competitive price. I'd wholly recommend Daniel, Paul, Michael and team at Chingford Magnets.
After a fantastic service from Magnet Chingford a few years ago, when we recently moved home again there was no doubt we would use Magnet Chingford again. On both occasions Daniel was so helpful with the design and in helping us chose the right kitchen for us. The attention to detail was great and received fantastic customer service. Wow is one word to define this team. After going to few other kitchen companies and also 2 different locations of Magnet kitchens, I narrowed down on this branch. We don't fit within their local zone, therefore, I had to request them to accommodate us. We converted our loft to a kitchen with diner. As with any loft, the headspace is uneven and tricky to manage and the room is not symmetrical. Michel was our design consultant and did everything for us. He knows what he is doing and after talking to him for couple mins you realise you are in safe hands due to his experience. His ideas and suggestions have helped throughout. For a big company like Magnet, the job they did did not seem impersonal or very boxy. We were made to feel valuable and the interest they took in our kitchen was visible to us. We had good few challenges as the building works proceeded, but Michel and George the fitter, were amazing. They knew how to chop and change stuff and their experience has been invaluable. Wherever you are based in London, if you can afford to manage the distance for 1 visit to this branch for your kitchen then please do so. You will not be disappointed. A Big Thank You to Michel and George for everything they have done for our kitchen. We love it.

Have been dealing with Andrew at Magnet Chingford who has been very patient with us as we took a long time from first meeting him and designing the kitchen to finally confirming our order. Andrew has gone out of his way and picked up a sink for us, in his spare time, just so we could get the worktop templated. He certainly knows what customer service is and I can highly recommend the Chingford Branch of Magnet in general but Andrew in particular.
