I'd give zero if i could, returns policy is a joke. The moment you walk out with goods they'll cut 10% on any returns, then over certain amount they'll cut 33%. Disgusting

Don't touch them with a bargepole. 4 months later still haven't supplied order. No call backs from management, each time I ring store nobody knows anything. A truly frustrating customer experience.

They were kind and friendly. Tiles are excellent. Gave good advice. I will use them again.

Very poor customer service. Was told they could drill holes in the tiles from the warehouse and have it ordered. Travelled an hour by public transport to then be told it can't be done by a guy that was rude and nonchalant

More then a week late delivery, seller lied to me that tiles are 300 mm by 600 mm but was 297 by 596 wich was very important for me. Rude service
