I have no association with this shop as suggested below , The said balloon shop in arcade opposite has gone. I will say Card and Party zone have some rude customers that write negative reviews unnecessarily.

Unbelievably rude.... You would think being sourronded by colourful party ballons and helium would make you enternally happy. Crack a smile even?! But no.. you are met with the helpfulness and attitude of having just asked them to tie a poo to a ballon. Hands down the rudest sales staff i’ve ever experienced.

Pittsy1977 review is one of the moody ladies who works there! The awful bad manners of the staff not greeting you and miserable faces is enough to put you off going in there! The products are ok for the price but there is a balloon shop opposite in the arcade much friendlier service and better price on balloons and better designs! I was sitting in the coffee shop whilst two elderly ladies complained they had to go in there and were dreading it! I'm 30 and thought maybe the attitude was to me. I think it's really disgusting the way the middle aged and old ladies make you feel in there it's very awkward! You don't always get a hello, good bye or a thank you but you will get a face like a slapped a**e, that's for sure! Just go to the ballon shop opposite in the arcade they treat you like humans!

3* Good items!! Good prices!! I would not give it a star but I want to be fair! Staff are really unfriendly, you say hello and mostly don't get a response but a dead pan stare! Irritates me everytime! I have been going there for years I'm always friendly, because that's how I was raised! The odd time my Son might get a isn't he cute off someone but this is once in a blue moon! If you can look past the rudeness the products in there are very reasonably priced and you can find almost anything! It would be really nice if this review can be taken on onboard because I feel very uncomfortable every time I go in there. Maybe you don't know your doing it but basic customer service greet all your potential customers, smile and thank you at the end! I never get a thank you! They recognise me it's just plain rude!

Dealing with the staff is like dealing with that character from little Britain who continuously says 'computer says no'. Been going there for years but I don't think I'll be going there again.
