Sid has been a pleasure to have as a host, he is very polite and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction and food quality. The restaurant has a friendly atmosphere with good music taste. The food is soooooo good too but what has stole my heart are the mocktails.
Experience tonight, Excellent!! Throughout I'm whole time at the restaurant, Customer Service has been on point!! Shiv, was polite, patient, recommended other options, clear, friendly & made the restaurant very welcoming. Once serving food, he delivered it to the table with clear and on time. In addition music was perfect and enjoyable. Thank You Vegetarian options: A variety of options for wegetarians, on the menu as well as if you have requires they are well to accommodate. Kid-friendliness: It's colourful, bright, the atmosphere is chilled, menu easy to see, and provides photos too.
Ordered a club beef burger which is supposed to be a smash burger. This is not a smash burger. It’s a small stale kebab paired with cold buns. Absolute waste of money. Food arrived stone cold. Burger was not a smash burger. Won’t be eating here again.Food: 1/5
I am a regular customer and I’d always give this place 5* for food quality and service but last night was the worst night I had at brrgrr on soho road. There was sticky on the back of the bench and I asked for it to be cleaned but this was not done the entire time whist being there. I asked for the buns to be grilled and they was served raw where the burger buns ended up being slush. I tried to speak to the manager but she was very inconsiderate and as I was leaving I was feeling pressured into making a good review by the lady and the gentleman in the kitchen. Next time I see this member of staff I’d rather walk and return another time
Waited 30 mins for 1 burger after ordering in shop. I expect a good bigger considering I paid £7.28. Unfortunately it came cold. It tasted like the burgers were prepared hours before then stacked up when I ordered. Although I can’t prove it, I can say it wasn’t special and certainly not worth the wait. It’s sad because they obviously spent a fortune on the decor. I’ll give the place another chance though. I’ll adjust the review once my order arrives. Edit: Made my second visit today. I have good news. Waited 23 mins for my food to be ready after ordering in shop. Food was nice and hot. This time I tried the naga sauce . It was amazing. Burgers were very FRESH this time. Very juicy beefy burgers. Lettuce was a bit wilted so I removed it, after that I thoroughly enjoyed the food. You have a regular customer now. Whenever I feel like a late night munch, I’ll think of this place. They close at 5am , dunno how they do it . Great job guys Parking: Double yellows outside shop so have to drive a minute away then walk.
Nice clean place. Good customer service. Seating available for about 20 people. Got the best of both brrgrr. It contained a smashed lamb patty, chicken grilled fillet, lettuce, caramelized onions,double cheese and brrgrr co special sauce. Food is nothing special. Burger was definitely 2 small for 9 pounds. Definitely wouldn't go out my way to visit again unless the TINY burgers get bigger in size and price decreases. Final verdict burgers are average at best and way way 2 small.
I attend here every week. I would highly recommend this food. The staff are really friendly and approachable. The service, food and pricing is amazing. It’s a go to.Food: 5/5
Best affordable and delicious burger here at Brgrr. Been daily customer here at burger feels so greatful finding that the staffs do have great hospitality treament to the guest. Do visit brgrr and comment down your thoughts.
