I wanted to come in and physically see what we have chosen. Casey was very helpful explaining the choices and options for our new bedroom, pros and cons of different set ups. It has made me more confident and excited for our upcoming fitting.
Visited the showroom for the second time after having a visit from a Designer Christine to have another look at what was on offer. We were helped by the lovely Casey who although was in a team meeting she helped us no end with colours, finishes and measurements - nothing was too much trouble! She was friendly but professional and made sure we had all the information we needed before we place an possible order for sliding doors and matching furniture. Casey you are a credit to Hammonds!
Must be desperate for work. 8 calls in 8 days. They’ve taken to calling me every day and twice a day now. I spoke to them when they first called and said I was not in a position to buy built in cupboards at the moment. All I did was download a brochure. Be careful!
Spoke to the sales man Shopan, a while ago and now we came down to get a literal feel for the units. Polite and professional staff at every stage. Makes the experience a pleasure

DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THEM - We placed an order this summer with Hammonds. Our installation date has been moved three now with no explanation and causing us huge delays in moving into our home. On top of it they scheduled a survey when we said we weren’t available. They insisted they still do the survey. We never heard back from them and they never got back in touch. We’re now told a month later that one of us needed to be there on the day so we’re no closer to getting our order installed. Absolutely disappointed - take your money elsewhere because they feed you lies and don’t respond to you when they move the dates.
