Great local shop with a good range of nearby services. The staff work very hard and are always busy. It would be even better if there was a bit more interaction with customers, especially around the self-service till area. At least smile towards your customers rather than robotic atmosphere.nOverall, the atmosphere is fair, but cleanliness, particularly around the meat and vegetable sections really needs improvement.
Went to sainsbury Waltham Cross on Wednesday had a basket full of shopping in on one arm and a unwell person on the other arm .ASK FOR A TILL TO BE OPEN as 3 staff were talking got told No in a rude way. If there was 0 star or less. WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN.
BEWARE of a manager going by the name of 'Mimosa' or Mimi. I've been a Sainsbury's customer for 40 years and am a regular in the waltham cross store, where the staff have always been super friendly and helpful. However, I recently had a worryingly disturbing experience with this relatively new employee. She was abusive and mildly threatening in her language towards me and left me debating whether or not to return to the store. I have reported the matter to head office and would recommend any other customers to do the same if they have the misfortune to deal with her.nDisgusting
Saisbury have this water on sale for £4.50 6 bottles but since Sunday I've been coming every day to buy this water but it's not on the shelf. Probably the manager is waiting for the offer to end in the next few days so that it can be put on the shelf at a higher price.
Large supermarket only 2 hours parking. If you have a blue badge and register inside the shop you can have 3 hours
