I come here almost every day to shop, but for 2 weeks I have had a nectar card and a smart shop application, and for the volvic water discount, none of the employees I spoke with knew how to help me, they had a behavior indifferent. Today, after we asked for help from an employee at one of the express houses, she couldn't help us either, we then went to a normal scan house, but even there we received the same treatment regardless, saying that we wanted the respective discount from the beginning and then the cashier will tell us that it's too late! The respective cashier treating us like thieves because my son wanted to take the products to be scanned at a quick checkout, this after we had also had enough of the indifference [15/10, 13:14] Ionela Udrea: your employees should care more about customers and offer help as often as they are asked!
Smallish store but with plenty of selection. Staff are usually extremely helpful and there's a nice coffee shop just outside the store.
Went to Sainsbury's today have changed it all around I think the prices are slightly dearer than Tesco's and definitely dearerin but the shopping experience was not bad don't think I will go in there again soon
Sat morn, Sainsbury's and other shops and stores empty, sad and depressing. The whole of the Waltham Cross shopping area was almost deserted, the under cover shopping mall was quiet and empty. Sainsbury's had customer's, almost more staff than customers. Ideal time to shop if you don't like crowds.
It's a sainsbury's so good quality and selection of produce.
Great store good food an variety very clean and lovely polite staff.
The staff stand around talking to one another, the small security guard with glasses is about as intimidating as a pink garden gnome. Pretty sure he'd struggle to stop a thief. The staff are lazy and barely stack the shelves..
I love Sainsbury's the food is always fresh and not to expensive, I wish there was one in Edmonton green,
Been coming to this store for many years, the staff are very kind and friendly, its better now after the refit. But now most of the tills have gone witch I hate, tried to use one and it didn't work, people queuing up I thought this was meant to be quicker it will be carnage at Christmas.... well done sainsbury
A very good store that has a argos in witch is very useful.
