A fantastic selection of furniture for all budgets. They even have a separate outlet building and sale areas. Helpful staff if you want more information on products or you can just wonder around freely looking in your own time.
My favourite furniture shop in London. Really great items, reasonably priced.
Drove to this place to look at print I was interested in on arriving was told £3.00 to park will get refunded if you make a purchase of £25.00 or more this wasn’t advertised on their web page, however I did find lamp in sale for £30.00 that I’m pleased with, the staff we're friendly and helpful the shop is massive with some nice pieces quite expensive though, unfortunately I did not have the time to look all the way around you could spend hours in there. Unless I was sure that I wanted to purchase on the day the parking charge would stop me going to browse I can’t see point of it was enough empty spaces even though the car park is not as big as it looks online I’m not local didn’t notice any other stores you would visit near Fishpools to use their car park unless you were going into Fishpools so charging prospective customers does not seem a good idea to me, perhaps another system which you get a card stamped when you leave the store or you have to pay a fee would be more appropriate.
Three years ago, we bought a dining table and six chairs, but now, after three years, the leather covers of the chairs are torn. Although two years after we bought it, it got damaged over time and now it is completely rotten. The quality of the seat cover must be so awful that it rots so much within two or three years. I bought bed, two drawer night stand, dresser, mirror, and even a sideboard from this company. I had heard of this company, but it was nothing like what I had heard. More is expected from a company with many years of experience. All the items I bought have some kind of problem, but the quality of the dining table chairs is the worst.
5* as people like Gino in the lighting department were amazing service. I had to take Gino for a coffee and cake to thank him. If all customer service was like this then the world will be a better place. Thank you Gino
