Presently trying to get a replacement or refund on item. Shoes with gems. Gem fell out after 1 wear. Company is trying to use t&c’s to override consumer rights. Stating any shoes with gem is not entitled to replacement if worn. The clasps holding gems are weak cheap and the shoes that cost half a weeks wage for my daughter are actually worth about an hours minimum wage. Waiting on further responses to see if customer service and consumer laws are in parity before posting another review.

Trying to currently get what I ordered - ordered some boots received them, boots in box were completely wrong to what I ordered so emailed them sent images of the invoice (which said the correct name of the boots that I ordered and a picture) they apologised said send them back you won’t be charged return as this was there fault and they would send the right ones express delivery. So returned them then got an email saying they had refunded 2/3 of the money owed and that I would have to place a new order for the same boots and pay delivery emailed them again and they have nothing to say and say it’s there policy. When I have emails to back me up. Very unhappy and will be taking it further.

SimmI Waltham cross. Great. Rung the shop and asked them to reserve a pair of coco faux fur pink sliders in my niece's size and they did. I collected from the shop the next day and paid £7 for them in sale. Cheaper than anywhere else. Would recommend

NO STAR - Unprofessional business ethics and terribly manufactured products. You can literally see where the soles are glued on to the shoe. Shoes are overpriced for what they are.. It's a shame these new companies are not aware of how to properly orchestrate a public business. They should have a look at the sales of goods act and retail law on Gov.uk. Maybe learn the laws behind a business before you open one.

If I could give Simmi no stars I would. Firstly, they have no information of the stores opening and closing time on the website. When you research on any internet resource it says that they are open on Sundays in Waltham Cross, I wasted my time travelling down there to find that they weren't open. When I spoke to the shop advisor on the phone on Monday, she said that we need to update the internet because they haven't changed it. Also, my main issue is that on the website it does not clearly say that you CANNOT return online purchases in store. I went to the store for the 2nd visit and it was a complete waste of time. They are so unprofessional, the person that I'm currently emailing is clearly incompetent and can't do their job properly. Will never shop at Simmi again.
