Excellent service from both H and Andreas, really helpful and friendly, both are very knowledgeable and know their stuff, left my phone whilst they transferred everything from my old phone to new and they even delivered it to my office as I didn't have time to wait and needed to get back to work. Great Customer Service would highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade, having problems with your phone, selling your phone, or just buying a case/accessories. I've already recommended to people in my office as these guys really are so helpful.

I went into fonehouse Waltham cross to upgrade my phone. I was immediately greeted with a smile and seen to straight away. The shop became quite busy as I was going through the upgrade process but Andreas managed to serve me and two or three other customers simultaneously without breaking stride. He was very clear and honest with me and showed me all my options and we settled on a phone that was best for me. He threw in some great deals for me as well and transferred all my particulars from my old phone to my new phone. All in all it was a quick and painless process. Andreas really looked after me. Top bloke.

I would definitely recommend these guys. They sorted me out with some freebies too. I drove 1hr just to come back and see them as their deals can't be beaten. I am definitely coming back for my next one. There very good guys and very entertaining :)

Great friendly phone shop, first time I've been in and surprised to hear they have been there over 20years. Helpful, informative staff without the sales jargon (well maybe a little bit). Left the shop extremely satisfied. Only regret is, I hadn't taken my recent upgrade to them 👍

I have been using the Phone House in Waltham Cross for years and H and is staff are second to none. NOTHING is too much trouble they are always willing to assist and provide the very best service and products. Do yourself a favour and get yourself down there for anything phone related even if its just advice.
