Been training here for 7 months now, had heard very positive things prior to moving to colchester so checked it out. Mainly train powerlifting so im very well catered for. Might not have all the high tech bulls**t that comercial gyms have but certainly has everthing you need a more. Staff and trainers are very friendly and actually really care about members. Was given a programme free when i joined and havent looked back. Made more progress in 7 months here than the previous 2 years. Cheap monthly monthly membership fee abd even on evenings its not too busy. Friendly members is also a bonus.

As the others have said already, Hamiltons is a great place to train and learn. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable and the equipment there caters for everyone. The resent addition of the strong man kit such as the atlas stones will keep me entertained for many years to come!

I wouldn't want to train anywhere else after going here, this gym has a great atmosphere from both staff and members. There is a good range of machines and a great selection of free weighs to enable any type of gym user to train their way. And now with the addition of The Kitchen providing simple and healthily meals what else could you ask for.

Great gym, great atmosphere, great people and great, knowledgeable friendly staff and owners. A large selection of machines and free weights, and some great strong man toys in the Wrecking Yard. A new recent addition is the Kitchen, a great place to get a healthy snack or meal after your training session, or at any time. I have been training at Hamiltons for nearly 18 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

PT courses of high quality run by very knowledgeable and experienced tutors. A gym full or real "iron" and also some Strongman kit in the yard. You can also fuel up with freshly cooked healthy food. All that in one single place!
