This place has been a life saver for me, I love the coaches, members and the cafe. They are all so helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone. Helped me massively through anxiety and severe depression. I now cannot go a day without these guys and the workouts. Thank you crossfit Colchester.
Brilliant place to be, the coach and instructors were very down to earth. Having been there for the first time, the atmosphere was good all the members there made me feel at home. Great Team. Definitely what you need to enhance your fitness no mater if you're a beginner or long time crossfit master.
I love this gym. I have been a "serial gym member" trying pretty much every gym in Colchester. This is the only one I stuck to I'm 18 mo in and go at least 3x per week... Usually more. It's hard not to get addicted to this place. I was completely intimidated when I went. I was on my own, in my late 40's walking into a building where everyone looked so fit. It seemed like everyone knew eachother and I'd never be accepted as part of the team. How wrong was I? There are all sorts of fitness levels and everyone was so welcoming. Age doesn't matter and everything can be adjusted to meet your fitness levels. I currently train with a super fit 23 yr old and a 35 yr old mum of two you know who you are!! There is no need to feel like you don't deserve this gym. Can't recommend it enough.
Outstanding training facility! When you walk in the door you can immediately 'feel' the energy in the building. Everyone is so welcoming and the mix of people is just great. Everyone only ever wants the best for each other, and all celebrate each others success! Brilliant!

CrossFit Colchester is an amazing place for a number of reasons. 1 The Facility is just awesome. Lots of space and kit, and the all important showers missing in lots of CrossFit boxes. 2 The Community is so cool. CrossFit is renowned for its community and CFC is no exception. Whether a CrossFit pro or a noob you just become part of the team. There is now Cafe Fresh so you can hang out after a WOD and compare notes over a protein shake 3 Coaches are the best. Motivating, enthusiastic movement purists, passionate, serious and occasionally mental. 4 The Programming allows each workout or movement to be tailored to the individual so there is never any worry about being out your depth or not involved. I would 100% recommend trying CrossFit and there is no better place to start than CFC.
Crossfit colchester is by far the best gym I've ever been a member of. When i was previously a member at normal gym I would never go. I would never feel motivated to go and alot had to do with that i really didn't know what to do to get to best out of myself. Crossfit colchester are so welcoming, ego's are left at the front door and people are always there to help you through your workout. The coaches are unreal! Full of knowledge and are always there to correct your form. I went from never going and paying memberships to going 4-5 times a week. It's now a hobby for me and I absolutely love it. I fully recommend it to any abilities and age! Come join the crossfit family.
It's taken me a lifetime to find exercise that I enjoy. The coaches are fabulous and cannot be more helpful and supportive. A great place to come.
