Great letting agency providing great service. Highly recommended! Eddie has been very professional and helpful throughout my tenancy. I was a tenant for more than a year to a nice studio flat at a reasonable rate. It was near my workplace and very close to shops. Sadly I had to relocate due to personal circumstances but I will definitely go to them when I need to find another place to rent in the future. Thank you HAM Estates and Eddie for all your help.

We’ve a couple rented a 1 bed property from Eddie & Bibi for 7 years. Whilst the flat was not modern, it suited our needs and any issues we flagged were dealt with in a reasonable time frame. The positives were the privacy we were given; minor interference during our tenancy. We also enjoyed no rent increase for the whole duration - a rarity in London! We would recommend the agency for looking after you & your new home.

During my 10 years as a tenant for H.A.M estates, I have found them to be professional and reliable.  Whenever I had to contact the Agency, either Mr. Eddie Dill agent or Ms  Kushum Bibialways dealt with my queries promptly. be it maintenance dealt on the day or next day. Prompt return of my deposit, these are only a few of times  when i needed to contact them. Would strongly recommend unfortunately due to work commitment,. I have had to move away from London. If not for this i would carry on with them.

I have stayed in my rented flat from Eddie Dill at HAM estates for just under a year. I am very sad to leave my place as I really made it home! I am only leaving due to relocation for work. When I first moved in Eddie ensured the garden was made secure by having the fence replaced and he provided requested appliances. I have found communication with him to be good and he has been helpful throughout my stay. I would recommend the agency to anyone wanting to rent in north London. Also the handyman that came to paint my apartment was lovely and very hard working! If I need a flat in that area in the future, HAM estates particularly Eddie will be my first point of contact. Thank you for my time in the flat. I will miss it.
