Never been treated with such contempt by anyone. What you need to pay attention to here is that the positive reviews here are for lettings, not property management. Arturs was all too pleasant getting us to sign the house, that was very smooth and quick. As soon as we moved in the management team hadn’t sorted anything they said they would. It took them two months to move debris filling half the garden out of it, the house was in a state of disrepair the entire time we lived there, everything from showers not working to mould to damp EVERYWHERE, and each time stelfort estate management took weeks to respond, if they responded at all worth noting that stelfort refuse to give you a phone number for property management team, so you can never contact you and they never have to answer for them not doing anything. Cherry on top was them doing their absolute utmost to nick as much of our deposit as humanly possible. Steer well clear or prepare for the worst year of your life.
We are moving into our new flat thanks to Stelfort. As the seller’s agents, they have been very professional. And we, the buyers, received exception support from them at every step of the process – from viewing to completion – which made our purchase possible. We are very impressed and satisfied with our experience with Stelfort and strongly recommend them.
