Tim and Daniel let out my property in 48 hours in January!!! And I got payment in full for 6 months, fantastic! And they let out 4 properties for me in total ! All of them within 2 weeks time and I even got royalties Thaiand pop stars USA as my tenants. Amazing! Theirs fees are also competitiable . I am happy to give reference if anyone asked
Great service from Amira and Clio, very effective and professional communication which made the moving process so easy. I had some minor issues when I first moved into the studio, Clio has gone above and beyond and sorted everything out for me over the weekend. Strong recommendation to use this estate agent if anyone is planning to move into central London.
Moving from Scotland to London, I was preparing myself for the flat-hunting process. I heard numerous ‘horror’ stories about how difficult and tricky the process can get. Therefore, I was preparing myself for a highly stressful and time-consuming process. However, thanks to Clio, renting my first home in London turned out to be the most smooth and straightforward I ever had in this realm. I was impressed with her readiness to always take an extra step to make sure all my needs and wants are accommodated. Moreover, she was extremely patient with any questions and requests I had, making her best to address them. Moreover, on the move-in day, Clio did everything possible for the property to look impeccable and welcoming. It was the first time that I, in fact, enjoyed the moving in process thanks to her effort. Overall, I feel very lucky having Clio as my letting agent, and I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone looking for the most transparent and swift flat-renting process.
During my search of letting a property, it's good that I contacted here. Monica understood the requirements and showed us few of really impressive options to let-in in a very short time period.
