Very poor service. Not possible get help from this company. We are 2 days without hot weather and they don’t responds and don’t give no information when problem will be sorted. The person on the phone is like robot no feelings. The Landlord before had different agency and the problem was sorted in one hour. You guys should have phone for urgent enquirers.

I had rent a flat with them for 2 years in Brick Lane, and although we got some issues with the landlord in the second year, they were really helpful, professional and understanding. So far the best agency I been with in my 3 years as tenant in London.

I'm really happy about this agency, all the procedures where easy to complete in order to rent a place also the agents have been very professionals with me and the house that I got was given to me in very excellent condition. I highly recommend this agency.

I can highly recommend Neptune Agency. I lived a year in a really nice brand new studio. Whenever I had issues they always assisted me and got back to me quickly. The move out process was really fast too, the inventory was done on the day I returned the key and one day later everything was sorted. The best agency I rented flat so far. Thank you!

I think it's quite rare to have a good experience with a lettings agency, but I can't fault them. Neptune have been really helpful from day one and we stayed in the property for about 5 years. They don't try and rip you off about your deposit when you leave, seem very reasonable.

I have been renting a property for over 4 years now with Neptune and have had no problems with them. The service provided has been prompt and professional. They supported me with an eviction including attending court which was most appreciated. Would recommend to other property owners that are considering renting they properties.
