If I could give Next Move less than 1 star, I would. Appalling service. We rented our property through Next Move in 2016. In 2020, we told them about an issue with the windows in our daughters bedroom. For over 6 months,  our daughter had to sleep in our bedroom as the issue wasn’t fully resolved.  When we came to moving out, the lettings manager mysteriously seemed to stop answering emails and became ‘unavailable’ every time I called to ask for my deposit back. I ended up having to go straight to the landlord myself to try and hurry things along.  My experience with Next Move has been appalling.  I found them to be incompetent and inefficient. Would strongly avoid.

I had the pleasure to rent a beautiful property through the amazing guys working at this branch of Next Move. Hector managed to find the perfect flat to rent and the move was smooth and quick. I cannot thank you more guys  really recommend this office in Stoke Newington!

What I really have to say about it’s all about Hector’s services honestly since the first moment he offered us his help showing him a close and competitive person, he approached us really professional and kindly, he help us so much and we were witness about his efforts to help us getting our new home and that’s something we won’t forget , if we decided to move again we will come back asking Hector’s advise for sure!

I've had an excellent experience with Next Move in finding a rental property in Stoke Newington. In my search for a new flat to rent, I dealt with many estate agents. It was a very stressful for me with a baby.  Many thanks to the team at Next Move. Especially grateful to Fatih who has been outstanding in his efforts to help me. He was very helpful and found the flat I wanted in no time for the right place.   I would highly recommend their services.

Have been searching for a new property with Next Move in Stoke Newington for a little while now as had moved from The States, and so far I have no complaints with the service provided. Madelene, my allocated lettings advisor, is friendly, prompt, knowledgeable about the properties and very easy to get on with. Her property suggestions match my criteria well, so very little time is wasted looking at unsuitable places. She is also very accommodating with scheduling viewings. When she was away the lettings manager Sean was helpful and friendly. I would recommend using Next Move to all my friends relocating.

I have dealt with Next Move for 15 years and they have always been helpful, friendly and professional in finding good tenants for my property.  They also have been courteous and accommodating towards current tenants during viewings.  Sean Hinds has always been my primary contact and he has been unfailingly helpful, efficient and friendly, especially in getting bac to me and keeping me updated.  I have had limited dealings with other staff, eg, Peter and Abdul, but also recommend them highly.
