Pointview: A company that will do whatever it takes to keep your money. At ALL times the contact with the staff was NOT friendly, it does NOT transmit confidence and it is NOT efficient. Communication in WhatsApp was often made with voice recordings ¿suspicious? Think twice before looking to rent a property with this agency as they will do whatever it takes to get you to pay for any services as in a rush. In our case, we paid 520 pounds of a holding deposit for finally waiting days for the information to proceed with the referencing. We send a message to cancel the process and a few minutes later by pure "coincidence" we received an email with the information. We are students and they no longer want to return the money we paid. Update to the agency response: I don't mind to argue with dishonest and uncivilized people. I just want to warn people of this state agency. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Perfect service and assistance from the whole team and especially from Ahron. His patient in introducing properties at the beginning and expertise in house renting has helped me a lot, and make this transaction efficient, every step coming with him is easy to followed. I have got an amazing trip with Ahron, and I will sincerely recommend him and the whole team at Pointview to everyone!
I would like to share my worst experience with this agency and I don't suggest this agency to anyone because they have no integrity and value for the customers they deal with. I signed in a tenancy contract with Portbridge Estates through this agency on the month of September 2022. I went for viewing of one of their property and l liked it. It was only for 10 minutes and the previous tenant's things were already there. I spoke with the agent, he agreed that he will provide all the furniture so I paid a holding deposit. After a week they mailed me saying the landlord doesn't agree to provide all furniture as promised which was unprofessional, however, I agreed because I was really in need. I requested a second viewing to inspect the place before I sign in the tenency contract, but they denied saying they have time constraints and as per the rule they won't allow second viewing. I paid the rent plus deposit and I signed in the contract but they didnt handover the key. I was constantly mailing them for 2 days asking about the key for the house I rented, but only by 8.00 pm on the second day, they replied to collect the key under the doormat, which itself shows their professionalism. The next day when I moved my things and I saw there are many issues inside the house including a broken tile on the bathroom floor and the underneath construction is rotten because of a water leak. So, I have to move out to another place as the flat was not livable. Now there is a big hole in my toilet floor which they are sorting out for the last 17 days and I am staying outside renting another place for all these days which is great distress both emotionally and financially. when I raised concerns with them about why they didn't care to check all these flaws before they let out this place, they didn't reply anything. And when I ask them about the rent I paid for these days they are not at all responding. It doesn't matter how many times I call, it always goes to their voice mail for which I won't get any reply back. And for the mail I send, mostly I will get  reply saying that they are on high holiday. They don't care whether you sleep in street because you have paid them the rent, that is all they value. THEY DON'T HAVE ANY VALUE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS AND INTEGRITY IN THEIR WORDS.
Be very wary of this agent. Misleading information, poor and rude communication. They are also listed as a member of the property ombudsmen on their website but they are not actually a member.
Pathetic and irresponsible let out agents.Very bad experience of a friend of mine.Work not completed.Never answers calls or return reply to emails.Dont recommend at all.Worst unprofessional people I have ever come across..
They don't pick up the phone, or return calls.. they also leave tenants without heating and basic fittinings for weeks. I wouldnt rent my property through them they will cost you money due to thier disregard for the law

Left our flat in complete disrepair for 4 months. Continued to ignore our concerns on heating costs, drafts & hazardous unpleasant smells in our rented flat. Never returned our deposits after we found out and called them out on not protecting it. We then proceeded to claim our money back including our unprotected deposit with solicitors, however had no response. Pointview have now passed on managing our flat to another agency, with no knowledge of our issues & claim against them. Horrific service, unfriendly people and an utter shady business. Do. Not. Trust.
