Halfords - Maidenhead Store

A guy named Keith approached me as i entered the store, which I thought was very good customer service and guided me to the item i went in store for, but was showing out of stock. Keith then checked and took me the product, carried it back to the till and then processed the transaction and arranged for the fitting too. Keith was very helpful. I appreciated the service and shouldn’t go without being acknowledged.

Sophia was the technician who completed our car’s 5 point health check and she was so thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring. So much better than a recent service experience at a national garage chain. Would 100% recommend!

Fantastic service had my car checked over with the Halfords guy he was excellent & very professional I throughly recommend using their expertise especially for a woman who know’s very little about cars and making sure your car is safe on the road. The very nice young lady recommended I should join up and I did enjoying the free service

Reviewing the bike section of the store! Bike repairs in particular. It's simple, walk in and ask for Alex! Their bike repair section is legit the most helpful! They do such a solid job, always deliver on time and no job is too hard for them. I brought an electric bike which most spots turn away! Alex took my bike problems as a challange! And he not only accepted the challange but went above and beyond! For your Maidenhead bike needs, look no further. Just pull up on this branch, ask for Alex and get the service you deserve! ** the young guys downstairs by the entrance are also top notch although I didn't need much from them! They were soo attentive and willing to help! Bike repair, this is your go to joint! ALEX!

I love visiting Halfords in Maidenhead and chatting to the friendly staff especially Karl and Justin or even old Keith no matter what i want be it my cars, motorbikes or bicycles they keep em all on the road love the knowledge and the helpful ways in which you all operate and the willingness to share that knowledge! Ill be back ps i think you need a coffee bar or a Costa machine in ur shop

Brilliant Halfords Branch. Staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and go the extra mile to provide service. I have visited different Halfords branches, and always prefer to go to Maidenhead for the amazing service they give. The store has an extensive range of everyday products so you will almost always find what you need.

Nice store you can get loads of basic stuff. Staff is good too.

The radio wasn’t working when plugging my phone in into the car audio. The sales assistant had a look and solved the issue within 10 minutes - very pleased.

Ordered replacement windscreen wipers and fitting online. On collection the staff were very friendly and efficient with the fitting - what more could I want? Thank you Halfords!
