This garage is busy, but good customer service. When I first turned up, they advised of a lengthy wait but informed me that they are open on Sundays, it just isn't advertised. Works were completed on my vehicle, however I went back due to not being fully satisfied. Further work was completed and I was advised to come back again if I had any further issues. I left and returned a week later for some final tweaking to the alignment, and now believe this to be fully rectified. Every time I returned, the staff were polite and courteous. I was given the number of the technician that worked on my vehicle should I have any further issue. Would use again.

Hit some debris on the M5 and had a tyre absolutely ruined. Came in to Easyfit and had great service and good prices.
Would recommend.

Poor poor service! AVOID waited 3 hours for them to change 2 tyres! NEVER again! I will tell everyone I know and on social media what awful service this company provides! How it stays in business beggar belief! Like I say never again!!!!!!!!!!!

Came in unannounced after a trailer tyre delaminated on  the M5 on our way to the Quantocks - not a lot of fun! I'm new to towing and for me these guys could not have been more helpful, every one of them kind and courteous. The desk team were cheerful and joked with my three year old while the technicians cleared the decks to wheel the trailer in to tackle the job. Everything completed quickly and cleanly, then gave me a hand to hook back up, with some handy tips and a happy send off to continue on our holiday. If we're in the area again they will be our number one choice.

Terrible service. Was left on hold for 30 minutes when I tried to call. Taking my business elsewhere!
