Matt is an incredible locksmith and he has taken customer service to entirely new levels. Given the quantity of work carried out, I seriously expected it to cost a lot more than it did. This is one of those rare occasions where value for money, quality of workmanship and excellent customer service were all outstanding.

SERVICE BEYOND COMPARE
I have used Safehaven a number of times for shoe repairs and have found their service professional, affordable and helpful. 
On another occasion, my front door key would not go in all the way in the front door lock. I phoned Matt, expecting that I would need him to come and and maybe change the lock. Instead, he gave me some advice over the phone which I followed and I remedied the problem myself. Although Matt did not earn a call-out fee or the money that he could have made from doing the work himself, he did earn the loyalty of a very satisfied customer.
