This place surpasses my hope of an easy day's shopping, and it all starts with the carparks member of staff, (GAVIN ??) The only thing he didn't do was carry me into the store, telling me that l had reverse far enough then asking my wife if she was well. ''Nice to see you again'' he said as if we were old friends. Mind you we are at the store at least 3/4 times a week. If there was an award for Best member of staff then he would be mine and my wife's choice. In total staff on the floor upstairs and downstairs plus the cafe are so help full, smiling and always ready to help. Only two points on the down side, store not big enough and the computer system for reorders is slow how old is it, ask Bernadette. Good store, thank you Gavin? ? 😆😆😆😆😆😆 do you not have a best employee in this store if not then you should, l think you can tell were my vote would go. GEOFF

A large store with a great selection of clothes, homeware and a smaller food section. The staff are very helpful. There is limited parking for the size of the shop

Who can ever complain about the quality and service of M&S? In this store all of you expectations will be met. The cafe upstairs allows you to chat while providing fantastic views of Belfast.

Free parking....easy access and very friendly helpful staff. Good range of producevand clothing. Lovely coffee shop too.

Food section could be bigger but a pleasure to shop here. Need to ger in early to buy the bread as it sells quick. Christmas food shopping was a nightmare with massive queues so need to organise it better for 2018. No vegetable soup available so need to get extra in for this time of year.
