I was at Boots in the Abbeycentre at the weekend and was feeling very stressed and uncomfortable with a skin condition that doctors have been at a loss to diagnose let alone treat. I asked for advice on soothing cream and Linda offered to help me. She was AMAZING! Reassuring, calm and full of practical advice she gave me a baby eczema cream that I now use twice a day and has been the first thing that has helped. Also an antihistamine that I got from the doctor which helps at night. Fabulous member of staff and exactly the kind of person every pharmacy should employ. Thank you Linda.

Brilliant staff, I go here all the time and i've never found a long line at the queue, the staff are always helping the customers and always more than happy to help. I highly recommend.
