I recently had a major service in Halfords auto centre Southend on sea, the major service included brake fluid renewal and cabin filter change. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed to discover that when I bought my car to the dealer have a safety check and renewing my brake disc and pads. These essential task were not completed during my appointment, despite clearly major service should included brake fuel and cabin filter change but unfortunately is not been done. This comprehensive maintenance package, the oversight by the car service centre was unacceptable Not only did this inconvenience me, but this also raised concerns about the thoroughness of their work and the level of attention to detail. Moreover, the failure to change the brake fluid and cabin filter could potentially lead to performance issues and safety risk for my vehicle. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to such critical components of my car’s maintenance, while I appreciate the effort of the staff at this service centre, I was not satisfied with how the issue was handled when I brought it to their attention. Their response lacked urgency and don’t admit their fault, left much to be desired in terms of customer service. In the future, I hope that this auto service centre take steps to improve their processes and ensure that all services are completed throughly and accurately.
The man that changed my break light had his hands tied. The bolt was so tight it might as well been put in by a robot. After many attempts he finally managed to loosen the bolt. He was marvellous
James was very helpful this morning,taking my new battery to my car,inthe disabled car park and fixed my connecting shelf in the boot.

Had a problem with my new radio tried to install myself . Brought it to them, even though I didn’t buy it there. SUPER helpful team - gave me great advice and even came over to look at my radio for free. And got it working! Thanks Halfords Chelmsford
