Purchased new bike for my son. An hour after ordering and booking the time slot, I had a message left saying it wouldn't be ready for 5 days. After a frustrating hour with customer services tel line that kept hanging up, it was confirmed that the bike would in fact be ready early. On arrival at the store, the staff ignored us. The bike was brought out eventually. Then dropped on the floor by the member of staff. The front tire was flat. I was assured this was simply that it wasn't inflated on the build. It was pumped up. We got up the following morning and the tire was flat again. I have now had a different store look at the bike, and sort the tire and give it a full check up as I had lost faith by this point.nI was so unimpressed by the staff attitude at this store that I put back a number of items that I was going to buy for the bike and bought them online elsewhere instead.

New bike was good value but poorly prepared. The front derailleur was rubbing the chain, the gear cable was wrongly routed and some bolts were loose.
Many thanks to Martin in the bike department. Saved me money and got mine and my son's bikes up and running. Kind, friendly and very professional.
Fantastic service. Had my windscreen wipers replaced front and back today. Jake was able to quickly identify which ones I needed and was happy to show me how to do it if I ever need to in the future. Super friendly happy chap. Thank you.
