I can’t praise Simon at Halfords Farnham enough for his help when we visited him on Thursday 08/08/24. The cars coolant was completely empty. He not only helped us buy the right product but also double checked where it went to make sure there was no leakages. He also took a look at the oil in another vehicle and helped us buy the right one and top it up. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Never have I had such good service before. He was kind and understanding and his generosity in helping us will never be forgotten. We’re from the East Midlands but we were travelling to Farnham and I can’t stress enough how amazing Simon was. This man definitely deserves a pay rise or bonus of some sort. I hope he is made aware of this review and if there is anyone higher up in Halfords I’d love to speak to them and tell them how wonderful Simon was. A colleague that truly deserves recognition for his hard work and wisdom. Thank you again Simon for all your help on our cars and ensuring we got home safe on our 3.5 hour journey back to the midlands. No doubt we would’ve encountered a lot of expensive problems had it not been for you.
I have had a great experience here, the manager John is excellent and the staff helpful and kind. I needed help with mirrors and dash cam and mobile holder for my daughters car and everyone was really knowledgable. I had Jamie, Joe and Jacob help me find stuff I’ve been there several times. Including cleaning equipment. Chloe helped me on the till and Jasmine is also amazing so happy to help with my car. thanks to you all from a happy regular customer 5*
Simon was so lovely and helpful! He took the time to demonstrate how a windshield frost guard worked on my car, and gave me in-depth answers to my other many questions so patiently! Thank you again, Simon. It really gave me a good impression of Halfords.
Bike service and fix was carried out professionally in the Farnham store and I was very happy with the stores servicenHowever,nYour means of contacting anybody is absolutely useless, you cancelled a service check, no communication, I was unable to phone the store direct and had to go through your system which failed, cut out and ended up going around in circles, meaning I had to go to the store to update myself.nThe bike tech stated so many people have said the same as myself but nothing he could do
Great customer service, lovely friendly staff. I booked the free 5 point winter and tyre check..I'm really pleased I can put my car through the MOT due knowing some of the basic things like tyres, wiper blades and bulbs are all in good working order. Thank you.
