Five star service. I have been here before and always been happy, but today they excelled themselves. I took in a desktop that I recently bought second hand, as I couldn't get it to boot - they quickly whilst I waited identified the problem, told me what I needed to do, and gave me back the PC. Because they identified what was wrong so quickly they wouldn't accept anything for their time. Absolutely fantastic. This is why we need high street shops. If I have a problem again I will go to them, and I wouldn't quibble about the price if that typifies their service levels.

The service I have received from the young men @ Disking Computers Farnham has always been excellent. Even though I have not purchased a computer from them they have helped me with system problems. I recently used them to transfer all my programmes from a tower to a stick and they completed the task thoroughly and effectively. On occasions when I have struggled to get used to Windows 10 and I have popped in to asked for their support, they have helped me without hesitation and without charging me. I will be using them again for their reliability, knowledge and welcoming customer service.
Excellent service from Bailey and his team in Farnham. I recently bought a new laptop and needed to transfer all of my files and software from my old laptop onto the new system. I was tight for time due to work commitments and they were able to book me in for a fast track service to get it done within a day. Even though this option was a bit more expensive, I have to say it was totally worth every penny! The service was brilliant and everything was transferred successfully. Since then, I had an issue with my HDMI cable not being recognised when connecting my new laptop to my external monitor. I popped in the Farnham shop to ask if they could help and without hesitation, Bailey and his team member were able to resolve the software compatibility issues without any service charge. Very grateful for their help, efficiency, excellent IT skills and customer service! Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic. I took my old and very battered lap top in knowing that I would need a replacement. My concern was that all the information on the old lap top would be lost. The two young guys working there were terrific and within 36 hours had transferred all the stuff onto the new lap top. The great relief when arriving home and turning the new lap top on to find it virtually replicated my old one was incredible. All I had to do was log into my wi-fi and I was away. This is service worth paying for.

Helped me set up a new iPhone as I was having problems with transfer of data from old to new phone. The team were very knowledgeable & friendly. I felt a little embarrassed seeking help for something which should have been straightforward but the young man who helped me could not have been nicer or more helpful. Truly excellent customer service - thank you. I would definitely use Disking Farnham again and would highly recommend to anyone needing help with technology issues.
The help, care, patience and consideration over iphone problems given to me, an elderly lady, was " beyond the call of duty" by Diskin and Suzanne. I am so very grateful.
Fixed my laptop in two days which was not used for an year. It’s working perfectly alright. Excellent service.
